Engineering the Future of Cooling

About Thermal Technologies and Products, LLC
Thermal Technologies and Products, LLC is a limited liability company founded by Rajiv Karkhanis, a mechanical engineer with over twenty-five years of HVAC design and manufacturing experience. With deep expertise in evaporative cooling, the company identified critical limitations in existing technologies, including efficiency losses and health risks from recirculating water systems. Our mission is to deliver innovative cooling solutions that redefine industry standards.
We have created a novel condenser technology that delivers superior cooling performance with significantly improved energy efficiency and minimal operating requirements. This scalable solution outperforms air cooled, water cooled, and conventional evaporative systems and has the potential to replace entire cooling product lines. Our technology is engineered for safety, reliability, and low maintenance while addressing sanitation and environmental concerns.
Our Products and Services
Air Cooled Condensing Units

Air cooled condensers are the most common condensers used in the air-conditioning systems. while air cooled condensers require minimum maintenance the cooling efficiency is the lowest compared to other options such as water cooled or evaporatively cooled condensing units. However, current water cooled and evaporatively cooled condensing unit technologies add several more components and maintenance. This makes them more costly to build than air cooled system.

Current Evaporatively Cooled Solutions
Current evaporatively cooled solutions have better energy efficiency than the air cooled solutions shown on the left. However, water piping, water recirculation pump, required to make it work adds first cost and additional operating costs, making these systems cumbersome.

Engineering Support and System Integration
Expert guidance to ensure optimal system integration and performance. Our team provides comprehensive support for scalable cooling technology capable of replacing existing condenser product lines across multiple system sizes for residential and commercial applications. It has the higher efficiency of evaporatively cooled systems without extra cost pumping and spraying systems.
